MLR are currently seeking a Bar Manager to join a fantastic hotel in Portlaois, part of one of Ireland's leading hotel groups.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and delivering a really strong guest experience.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day bar operation, leading and developing the team while maintaining excellent standards across service, beverage, stock management and cost control.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, personable and confident managing a busy hotel bar operation.

You will have strong beverage knowledge, a good commercial understanding and, most importantly, the ability to create a positive environment for both the team and guests.
