Handyman / Allround Maintenance Worker

This is a practical, mobile maintenance role for someone who enjoys fixing, repairing, and maintaining buildings to a high standard.

You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day maintenance, ensuring sites remain safe, functional, and well-presented.

About the Role

• Carry out general building repairs and day-to-day maintenance across retail sites.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them quickly and safely.
• Work closely with store teams and external contractors when required.
• Keep maintenance records up to date and ensure health & safety standards are followed.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in a handyman, maintenance, or facilities role.
• Multi-skilled with experience across general building maintenance.
• Practical, reliable, and confident working independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Fluent Danish is preferred
• A valid driving licence is essential.
