We’re partnered with a premium luxury foodservice operator preparing for a major new opening in 2027.

We’re looking for an exceptional Multi-Unit General Manager to lead a $20M+ operation across multiple premium hospitality concepts within the property.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands true luxury service, can lead at significant scale, and knows how to build exceptional teams and operations from the ground up.

The successful candidate will start in February 2027, completing initial out-of-state training followed by pre-opening preparation in NYC, before taking over the operation for its mid-2027 opening.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead overall operations for a $20M+ premium luxury portfolio
• Oversee multiple food, beverage, and hospitality operations
• Establish five-star service standards and operational excellence
• Drive financial performance, labor, guest experience, and KPIs
• Develop strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders
• Ensure exceptional consistency across multiple outlets and teams
• Partner with corporate and operational leadership throughout the opening process
• Lead the transition from pre-opening into full operational execution

What We’re Looking For

• MUST come from a five-star luxury hotel or high-end/fine-dining restaurant group
• Strong multi-unit leadership experience
• Exceptional understanding of luxury hospitality and service standards
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Polished, executive-level communication and client-facing skills
• Experience with major openings/pre-openings strongly preferred
• Premium lounge experience is a major plus
• Willing to travel and complete initial training outside on NY
