I am working with a brilliant independent hospitality business in Central London who are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.

This is a busy, established restaurant with a strong reputation, a loyal guest following and a real focus on quality food, warm service and proper hospitality.

THE ROLE:

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading the FOH team and making sure standards remain consistently high across service, people and guest experience.
• Working closely with the senior team, you will be involved in training and developing the team, rotas, labour, stock, health & safety and driving overall restaurant performance.
• This is very much a hands-on role, so I am looking for someone who loves being on the floor, understands a busy service and can lead a team with personality.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• You will already be working at General Manager level within a quality restaurant, brasserie or premium casual environment.
• You will be confident running busy services, passionate about food and hospitality and, most importantly, a brilliant people person who knows how to get the best from a team.
• A background within independent, European or French-style restaurants would be great, but personality, leadership and genuine hospitality experience are the most important things.
