Do you have a background as chef, demi chef de partie, line cook, prep cook, kitchen assistant, hotel or restaurant kitchen staff, fine dining, banquet kitchens? We invite you to apply for the role of Chef de Partie in a great kitchen environment - one of the highest professional kitchens in Amsterdam.

It is a large-scale, high-energy operation: a fast-moving breakfast service covering hundreds of guests daily, banquet and event catering across multiple meeting spaces, a lively bar, and in-room dining.

Every shift is different, and every plate counts.

Key responsibilities:

• Run your own section independently during busy breakfast, lunch, or dinner service
• Prepare and plate dishes to our kitchen's standards, keeping quality and presentation consistent
• Support the kitchen leadership team and lend a hand to other departments when needed
• Follow food safety and HACCP procedures rigorously
• Assist with mise en place and daily prep
• Bring ideas, energy, and genuine teamwork to the pass

Key requirements:

• An experienced independent or commis chef ready to level up to a big hotel operation
• Someone passionate about food and about crafting memorable guest experiences
• Comfortable in an international team (English is our working language)
• Flexible with AM or PM shifts
• A self-starter who works well unsupervised — but never says "not my job"
• A hard worker with an eye for detail who sees a challenge in every situation
