This is all about proper cooking, seasonal British produce and food made from scratch.

• £43,000–£46,800 based on 45 hours
• £18.38–£20.00 per hour
• Paid for every hour worked
• Everything made in house
• Seasonal British produce
• 7-day operation
• Busy and popular Sunday lunch service

We’re looking for someone with:

• A strong fresh food background
• A genuine interest in seasonal cooking
• Good kitchen leadership experience
• The ability to lead a team through a busy service
• A hands-on approach and a positive attitude
