Resort General Manager

Location: Burgas, Bulgaria

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Resort General Manager to lead the operations of a hospitality resort in Bulgaria.

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the resort, including hospitality operations, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and property management.

This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys building teams, managing suppliers, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a family-focused resort environment.

The Role

• Lead the overall operation of the resort and its hospitality facilities.
• Oversee restaurants, bars, spa, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
• Manage supplier relationships, operational budgets, and service standards.
• Support the management of residential units and property management agreements.
• Recruit, train, and develop the leadership team ahead of the new season.
• Ensure a smooth, high-quality operation during peak occupancy periods.

About You

• 5+ years' experience as a General Manager, Resort Manager, or Hotel Manager.
• Previous experience managing a resort or large hospitality complex.
• Strong operational background across F&B, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Confident leading teams, managing suppliers, and driving performance.
• Experience with property management or mixed-use hospitality developments is an advantage.
• Fluent Bulgarian and English are essential.
