Restaurant Manager – Neighbourhood Brasserie

I’m working with a lovely neighbourhood brasserie in London that is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager.

It’s an intimate, busy restaurant with a loyal following, a strong reputation and a real focus on warm, personal service.

The role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading from the floor and making sure every guest has a brilliant experience.

Working closely with the Director, you’ll have ownership of the team, service standards and commercial performance.

That includes managing costs, understanding the numbers, developing your people and finding ways to bring guests back.

I’m looking for someone who has:

• Experience managing a premium restaurant or brasserie
• Strong food and wine knowledge
• The confidence to lead a small team through a busy service
• A good understanding of financial performance and how to improve it
• Plenty of personality, polish and a genuine love of hospitality

This would suit someone who enjoys knowing their regulars, takes pride in the details and wants the freedom to make a restaurant their own.
