Sales Executive


As a Sales Executive, you'll join a globally recognised brand and play a key role in driving business growth.

This is a customer-facing position where you'll combine exceptional customer service with a proactive approach to sales, identifying new business opportunities while developing and managing existing customer accounts.


You'll be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with customers, generating new opportunities and delivering against sales targets.

With a strong focus on relationship management, business development and customer engagement, no two days will be the same.


Based in Oldham Manchester, this is a full-time, permanent, Monday-to-Friday position, offering a starting salary of circa £28,000 with an OTE of £33,000.


Key Accountabilities for the Sales Executive:



  • Undertake retail and customer service activities within store to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Drive your own self development through training and developing product knowledge

  • Identifying and researching new business leads

  • Grow customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling

  • Visiting customers weekly to demonstrate products

  • Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies

  • Assisting customers with sales, queries and after sales service

  • Understand the range of company products

  • Administration of sales orders received

  • Administer any returns

  • Handle parts enquiries

  • Attend training, meetings and company events onsite at head office
