Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Premium Hospitality Venue
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Tronc
Location: Central London

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Restaurant Manager to lead operations within a premium hospitality venue.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior hospitality professional who is passionate about exceptional guest experiences, high service standards and commercial performance.

You will lead a large team, oversee daily restaurant operations and play a key role in delivering premium dining and private events.

About the Role

• Lead and manage the restaurant team, driving engagement, performance and exceptional service standards.
• Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Take responsibility for operational performance, labour costs, revenue and financial controls.
• Work closely with senior management, kitchen, bar and wider operational teams.
• Oversee VIP guests, reservations, guest feedback and service recovery.
• Support the planning and delivery of private events, activations and special experiences.
• Manage stock, ordering and inventory controls, ensuring efficiency and minimising wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across service, operations and commercial performance.

About You

• Proven experience in a senior restaurant or hospitality management role, ideally within a premium environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills with experience managing large teams.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of P&L, budgeting and operational performance.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
• Confident hosting VIP guests and managing guest feedback and service recovery.
• Experience managing reservations, private events and busy service operations.
• Proactive, resilient and confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
