* hotel operation in Kildare, offering an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for the banqueting operation and play an important role within the wider hotel team.

This is a hands-on operational role with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Banqueting Department, overseeing weddings, private events and functions from set-up through to service.

Working closely with the wider hotel team, you will ensure events run smoothly while maintaining high service standards and a strong focus on guest experience.

You will also lead, support and develop the banqueting team, ensuring the department operates efficiently, delivers consistently high standards and works effectively within budget.
