Job Title: Sales & Events Coordinator – Prestigious Venue

Contract: Maternity Cover – FTC

Salary: £35,000 + Benefits
Location: Central London

I am currently recruiting for a Sales & Events Coordinator to join a prestigious London venue delivering a wide range of high-quality corporate and private events.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys event sales, client management and coordinating successful events.

The Role

• Manage event enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking
• Prepare proposals, contracts, deposits and event documentation
• Plan and coordinate events, liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
• Support revenue targets through upselling, administration and business development

About You

• Proven experience in event sales and planning within a venue or hospitality environment
• Excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills
• Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, databases and diary management systems
• Customer-focused, professional and able to build strong working relationships
• Flexible, proactive and comfortable working evenings or outside standard hours when required
