Talent Acquisition Partner – Up to £45,000+10% Bonus

Location: Near Milton Keynes

The Role:

We’re working with a well-established, multi-site business to recruit a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Partner to join its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on recruitment professional who enjoys building talent pipelines, proactively sourcing candidates and partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective recruitment solutions across a diverse, operational business.

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting recruitment across multiple locations, working closely with operational leaders and People Business Partners to understand hiring needs and attract the right talent.

The role will suit someone who is confident taking ownership of the recruitment process, building external talent networks and engaging candidates directly, rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking and direct approaches.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with operational stakeholders and People Business Partners to understand recruitment requirements and deliver effective hiring strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing advice on market trends, candidate availability and recruitment best practice.
• Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract high-quality talent in a competitive market.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment activity and pipeline progress, using data and insights to improve hiring outcomes.
