Help Deliver Outstanding Hotel Projects Across the UK

For almost 30 years, Curtis Furniture has been manufacturing and installing high-quality hotel bedroom furniture for many of the UK's leading hotel brands.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role overseeing installation projects from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel furniture installation projects nationwide
• Lead installation teams and subcontractors on site
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and project schedules
• Conduct site surveys and pre-installation assessments
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
• Monitor quality, productivity, and project costs
• Resolve site issues and ensure successful project completion

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an Installation Manager, Site Manager, or similar role
• Background in furniture, fit-out, interiors, or construction projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of site health and safety requirements
• CSCS, SMSTS, and full UK driving licence preferred
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required
