About the Role

Our client, a well-established engineering business in Plymouth, is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate site activities.

This role involves leading site operations to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, while adhering to Health & Safety standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to maintain high-quality project delivery.

The Role

, Plan, supervise and coordinate site activities involving company personnel, subcontractors and suppliers.
, Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
, Ensure all personnel work in accordance with Health & Safety policies, risk assessments and method statements.
, Liaise with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors, escalating issues where required.
, Maintain project documentation, site equipment, vehicles, and working areas to company standards.

Essential Requirements

, Previous experience in a Site Supervisor, Site Foreman or similar construction/engineering leadership role.
, Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.
, Ability to lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple priorities.
, Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Essential Experience
