The Role

, Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives and Business Managers.
, Drive used vehicle sales performance and departmental profitability.
, Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the buying journey.
, Support the sale of finance, GAP insurance, warranties, and additional products in a compliant manner.
, Manage sales campaigns, promotions, and dealership objectives.
, Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and operational performance.
, Maintain high standards of FCA compliance and ethical selling practices.
, Manage stock presentation, pricing, vehicle turnaround, and profitability.
, Conduct first and second-face customer interactions where required.
