Executive Chef

Calgary, AB | Full-Time

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation of a busy, high-volume downtown restaurant and bar.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about food, team development and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality and consistency.
• Develop creative, commercially successful menus.
• Recruit, train and lead a high-performing culinary team.
• Manage food costs, labour, inventory and purchasing.
• Maintain food safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
• Strong financial, organisational and team leadership skills.
• A passion for menu development and culinary excellence.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
