Senior Waiter/ess – Dubai

We are currently working with a outstanding brand in Dubai and looking for an experienced Senior Waiter that comes from a luxury/Michelin hospitality background.

Someone who is highly professional, approachable, bubbly and is full of good energy.

The role:

• Ensure that all our customers and guests receive high standards of service to have an exceptional experience.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining areas.
• Follow standard opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth service throughout.
• Comply to the company’s established hygiene policies and procedures to maintain proper food and equipment handling standards.
• Attend to customer complaints in a professional manner and seeking assistance when needed.
• Assist in maintaining sufficient stock, ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and as per company standards.

Qualification & Skills:

• Must have a High School Certification, Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Good command in spoken and written English.
• Is guest and service orientated
• Has excellent leadership, organizational and multitasking skill, with strong attention to detail.
• Positive and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle a high-volume service environment
• Strong organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail.
