Package: €70,000 base salary + 10% bonus

The goal is simple: to deliver a spectacular, emotionally engaging experience that becomes a must-visit destination for Parisians, visitors from across France, and international travellers alike.

We are now looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Performance & CRM to build and lead the full acquisition, conversion, CRM, and performance-analytics strategy for the launch and ongoing growth of the venue.

Your Mission

Reporting to the AVP Marketing, you will play a central role in driving traffic, ticket sales, revenue optimisation, and visitor retention.

You will combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial launch environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining and leading the digital acquisition strategy across Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, and other performance channels.
• Owning CRM, marketing automation, and customer-knowledge initiatives to drive conversion, repeat visitation, and lifetime value.
• Leading conversion-rate optimisation (CRO) and improving digital user journeys across web and ticketing platforms.
• Maximising website and e-commerce/ticketing performance, including demand generation, advance sales, and revenue per time slot or period.
• Building marketing data management, reporting, and measurement frameworks to support commercial decision-making.
• Managing specialised agencies, media partners, technology providers, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with international teams and technology partners.
• Embedding a performance- and measurement-driven culture across marketing and commercial teams.
• Leading and developing a team of two: a Web Manager and a Marketing Coordinator.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing leader who is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to turn data into revenue.

You will bring:

• 8–10 years of experience in digital performance marketing, CRM, e-commerce, or a closely related field.
• Strong expertise in paid digital acquisition, CRO, CRM and marketing automation, data and analytics, and e-commerce or ticketing performance.
• Experience managing significant media budgets, agencies, and external partners.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• A deep understanding of businesses with limited stock or capacity, where marketing performance directly impacts the sale of time-sensitive inventory.
• Familiarity with occupancy, revenue management, demand optimisation, advance sales, and maximising revenue by time slot or period.
• Experience operating in multi-market and multilingual environments.
• A results-driven, data-led mindset and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial launch environment.
• Professional fluency in English, used daily for meetings, presentations, negotiations, agency management, and project work with international teams.

Relevant backgrounds may include tourist attractions, leisure parks, event ticketing, concert venues, cinemas, hospitality, cruises, air or rail transport, and activity or leisure booking platforms.

What We Are Not Looking For

• A profile focused only on traditional retail e-commerce.
• A profile exclusively focused on branding or communications.
• An agency-only profile without substantial client-side experience.
• A very senior Group Digital Director-level profile who may be overqualified for the role.
• A candidate who does not use English on a daily basis.
