F&B Manager – Resort Hospitality

About the Role

Are you an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with a background in all-inclusive hotels and resort operations?

We’re looking for an F&B Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations of a coastal resort in Bulgaria.

This is an opportunity to lead the team, maintain high service standards, and help deliver a great dining experience for guests throughout the season.

The Role

• Oversee the daily operations of the resort’s restaurants and bars.
• Manage and develop the F&B team.
• Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor stock, purchasing, suppliers, and food and beverage costs.
• Support recruitment and prepare the department for the season.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and operational standards are maintained.

About You

• Previous F&B management experience in a hotel or resort.
• Experience with all-inclusive hotels and buffet operations is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of stock control, purchasing, and cost management.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on guest experience.
• Candidates based anywhere in Bulgaria are welcome.
