7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver – Two-Person Home Delivery
We are recruiting 7.5 Tonne Drivers to join a busy home delivery team.

Working alongside a driver’s mate, you will deliver furniture, appliances and other household goods to customers, providing a friendly and professional service.
Main duties:

- Safely drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle on planned delivery routes.
- Complete deliveries to customers’ homes, including carrying goods into the required room.
- Work with your driver’s mate to load, unload and handle goods safely.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Complete delivery paperwork and electronic proof of delivery.
- Keep customers informed and report any delivery issues to the transport team.
- Follow road safety, manual handling and company procedures.

Requirements:

- A valid UK driving licence with Category C1 entitlement.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous commercial driving experience.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to carry out a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting, using appropriate equipment and safe handling methods.
- A reliable, punctual approach and the ability to work well as part of a two-person team.
