Deputy General Manager – Beautiful Destination Gastro Pub – £41,000 – Bedfordshire

Location: Woburn / Milton Keynes Area, Bedfordshire
Salary: Up to £41,000 OTE including TRONC and bonus

We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Deputy General Manager to help lead a fantastic destination gastro pub in one of Bedfordshire's most attractive villages.

This is a quality food-led business with plenty of character, offering freshly prepared seasonal British dishes, an excellent wine selection, quality beers and a welcoming atmosphere.

With a combination of destination dining, relaxed drinking and a loyal local following, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who understands how to balance exceptional hospitality with strong commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or strong Assistant Manager.
• A passion for quality food, wine and the British gastro pub scene.
• Confidence managing busy restaurant and bar services.
• Strong leadership skills and a natural ability to develop people.
• A commercial mindset, with experience managing labour, stock and sales.
