Our client is a well-established financial services organisation with a strong presence in banking.

Their securitisation and treasury function plays an important role in the business, and they are investing in stronger product thinking to shape where it goes next.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Analyst, Product to join the team on a 12 month contract, with genuine potential to become a permanent position.

Reporting to the Head of Growth & Strategic Partnerships, this role blends business analysis with product management.

It is ideal for someone who enjoys setting direction and influencing outcomes, rather than simply gathering requirements.

You will be the bridge between the BA team and product strategy across securitisation and treasury initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Set the strategic direction for the BA team, guiding priorities and keeping everyone focused on meaningful product outcomes


• Bring a product lens to securitisation and treasury initiatives, helping decide what gets delivered and the reasoning behind it


• Turn business needs into well-defined product outcomes while keeping commercial considerations front of mind


• Partner with stakeholders across the business to uncover opportunities and work through challenges together


• Connect business analysis and product thinking within the team, so delivery stays aligned with strategy


• Coach and influence BA team members, lifting the way the team approaches product work

Ideal Experience

• A background in financial services, specifically banking and treasury, which is essential for this role


• Hands-on exposure to securitisation and treasury in a banking environment


• Solid business analysis capability, combined with a natural pull towards product thinking


• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically about outcomes


• Confidence leading and influencing a BA team, not just working alongside it
