An exceptional opportunity for an experienced & dynamic Bar Manager to join the Dubai launch of a globally recognised, award-winning restaurant concept.

We’re looking for an accomplished Bar Manager to help build and lead an exceptional bar operation from the ground up.

This is an opportunity to shape the beverage offering, develop a high-performing team and deliver a world-class bar experience within an ultra-premium dining environment.

Our ideal candidate for the role:

• Proven Bar Manager experience within luxury hospitality, premium restaurants or high-volume lifestyle concepts in Dubai or the UAE.
• A strong background in premium bars, cocktail programmes and beverage operations.
• Essential: International pre-opening experience.
• Strong commercial acumen, including beverage cost control, margins and revenue growth.
• A charismatic, hands-on leadership style with a passion for exceptional service.
• A proven ability to recruit, train and develop high-performing bar teams.
• Experience managing premium spirits, wine, cocktails and multiple beverage revenue streams.
• An established network within Dubai’s F&B scene.
