We are looking for a passionate, charismatic General Manager to lead a beautiful, award-winning, Michelin Guide-listed destination restaurant on the Dorset and Somerset border.

Housed in a spectacularly restored 19th-century building, this is a premium dining destination known for exceptional food, fantastic wines and warm, memorable hospitality.

We need a hands-on, commercially sharp leader who loves being on the floor, developing teams and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Strong GM experience within premium, food-led hospitality.
• A genuine passion for great food, wine and exceptional service.
• A natural host who builds relationships with guests and teams.
• Commercially astute with excellent P&L knowledge.
• Someone who can balance refined dining with relaxed, personable hospitality.
• Experience driving private dining, events and revenue growth.
