AAM Maintenance Ltd is looking for an experienced engineer to join the team, working across domestic commercial and properties throughout London.

This is a varied role where you will use your experience across boiler servicing, repairs and installation, plant room maintenance, gas safety inspections and plumbing works.

You will be provided with a company van and fuel card for work purposes, with the option of private use of the van at an additional charge.

The Role

Your work will include:

• Servicing, repairing and replacing domestic boilers
• Carrying out gas safety inspections and testing in line with current regulations
• Diagnosing faults and identifying the most appropriate solution
• Carrying out gas works following inspections and testing
• Repairing leaks and domestic plumbing works
• Boiler fitting and carcass replacement or updating
• Completing repairs to a high standard with a right-first-time approach
• Completing detailed daily job reports with an allocated software
• Working safely and in full compliance with health and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

You will need:

• A recognised gas trade qualification
• Gas Safe domestic qualifications and suitable experience
• Domestic ACS Gas Safe certification, including CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT, CEN1 and CPA1
• Proven plumbing experience
• The ability to diagnose faults and complete high-quality repairs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good punctuality and the ability to work within target response times
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• Your own tools and drills
• An unvented hot water qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
  
  CSCS is preferred
• Commercial boiler experience is advantageous
