Our client, a distinguished name in the hospitality sector, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across restaurant venues, ensuring the highest standards of service quality, guest satisfaction, and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, leading teams, and optimising processes across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant and F&B operations, including service standards, quality control, and guest experience
• Lead, train, and motivate operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage budgets, P&L, cost control, and revenue performance for F&B outlets
• Develop and implement SOPs, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, menu development, and operational initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and guest feedback, implementing corrective actions to maximise satisfaction and profitability
• Coordinate with other departments (front office, housekeeping, kitchen, procurement) to ensure seamless operations

Key Requirements:

• Pre-opening experience is essential — proven track record in launching or pre-opening hotels, resorts, or restaurant venues
• Solid background in F&B operations and restaurant management, ideally within upscale, luxury, or fine dining environments
• 5+ years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2–3 years in a senior supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams from the ground up
• Excellent command of operational finance: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L management
• Outstanding guest-oriented mindset, communication, and organisational skills
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
