Position Summary:
Carboline is looking for a Field Technical Service Engineer I.
This position travels to field job sites giving routine guidance and assistance with job startups, coating inspection, and problems encountered on the job.
Assists in routine in-house work such as product evaluations, equipment maintenance, panel preparation, and other duties necessary for normal function of the department.
Essential Functions:
Preparation of panels prior to coating.
Have a good understanding of the basic operation of hand tools, power tools, abrasive blast cabinet, and pin welder.
To include minor maintenance of same. Provide documentation for panels which will be tested.
Spray nuclear testing orders upon certification. Starting position in Field Service, will handle routine field jobs within capabilities. Contact customers/salesmen to gather pertinent data prior to field trips. Demonstrate proper use of mixing equipment, airless and conventional spray equipment, etc., to apply Carboline products in the assigned divisions. Interpret surface preparation standards per specifications. Demonstrate use and techniques involved with inspections equipment. Train supervisors, inspectors, and painters in the above technical areas. Assist in application of new or revised product evaluations, new equipment evaluations. Carry out procedures as defined in the Technical Service Procedures Manual. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year college Chemistry or minimum 5 years Technical Service experience.
Valid driver's license.
Valid Passport NACE Certified CIP preferred Level 1, NACE Level 2 or NACE Level 3, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires occasional physical activity.
May require lifting up to 75 lbs.
on occasion.
May require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
Be able to climb and meet the requirements of a 1A Ladder.
Occasional exposure to various chemicals.
Will require travel of 50% plus, including nighttime and weekends.
Must be able to pass a respirator fit test & maintain respirator requirement.

Carboline is seeking an EH&S Specialist located at our manufacturing facility in Green Bay, WI. This person would be responsible for implementing and managing the environmental, health, safety, security, and emergency response programs for the local production and distribution facility.
We are looking for a dynamic trainer and behavior-based safety implementer for this facility.
This position will involve spending a lot of time on the production floor interacting with employees and supervisors identifying improvements in best practices and improving safety within processes.
PSM experience, hazardous waste management and someone that has worked within a Chemical processing facility is preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum of a BS degree in a safety, regulatory, or chemical related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in safety, regulatory, and/or chemical fields.
Strong working knowledge of the OSHA process safety management regulations (PSM).
Proven experience as safety manager.
Ability to produce reports and develop relevant policies.
Experience in data analysis and risk assessment.

Administer and monitor industrial hygiene sampling and communicate exposure information and/or personal protective equipment requirements to employees.
Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics.
Maintain the health & safety statistics database. Provide coaching and support to employees, supervision, and management to proactively address safety, health, and environmental risks and concerns. Initiate or assist in efforts to continuously improve the overall working environment in the facility.
Provide technical assistance, training, and work direction to colleagues in other departments.
Analyze problems, identifying alternative solutions, and implementing recommendations in support of the Company safety goals and objectives.
Identify potential or actual areas of non-compliance through regular auditing and inspections and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Review and develop profiles for classification of hazardous waste.
Responsible for timely disposal of process waste and waste finished goods.

Communicates with appropriate staff when a finished product is held up in QC due to testing problems. Maintain a clean work area and assist in the end of shift cleaning. Provides production personnel with adjustments needed for finished goods not in compliance with specifications.

Title: Materials Coordinator
Summary:
Carboline is seeking a Materials Coordinator at their facility in Green Bay, WI.
The Materials Coordinator manages all warehouse stock for rework, recertification, or evaluation.
The individual is also responsible for inventory control of raw materials and containers.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree (Business preferred) or equivalent experience, with two years prior Warehouse experience. Proficient in Microsoft office. Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.
Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and training.
Essential Functions:
Manage cycle counting and physical inventory procedures including variance control at the plant. Coordinate with shipping on the disbursement of finished goods to the distribution center. Report and investigate raw material outages/shortages and expiring material. Review and monitor pre-stage batching materials for accuracy and ensure inventory integrity. Identify slow-moving raw materials and relocate to other production facilities as needed. Perform periodic raw material reviews for changes in trend. Coordinate with plant to apply existing N Material into production batches, maximizing possible opportunities to rework per existing material rules. Maintain proper housekeeping procedures to provide a safe working environment. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner. Works with HazMat companies to develop profiles for classification of waste and proper disposal timelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. Commitment to the Company's Safety and Quality programs.

Our client, a leading fire protection company, is seeking a skilled Sprinkler Maintenance Engineer to join their team in the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the company's mission of providing top-quality fire protection services to commercial, residential, and industrial clients nationwide.
As a Sprinkler Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and compliance of fire sprinkler systems, dry and wet risers, and other fire protection systems.
Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the safety and security of our client's diverse properties and safeguarding lives and assets.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of sprinkler systems (BS9251 / BS12845)
- Service, test, and inspect dry risers, wet risers, and fire hydrants to current regulations
- Perform minor repairs and fault-finding across all fire suppression systems
- Complete service reports and compliance documentation accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients and site personnel to ensure safety and satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in fire protection servicing, ideally across sprinklers, risers, and hydrants
- Familiarity with relevant standards including BS9990 and BS9251 / BS12845
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work
- LPCB/FIA/FHC qualifications are desirable but not essential — training can be provided
