We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager, based in Richmond, London, to join a well-established client delivering a £8m Design & Build refurbishment within the mixed-use sector.
The project comprises residential, commercial and leisure space, including basement construction, new façade, roof extension and full interior fit-out works.
This is a key delivery role responsible for managing the project from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme certainty, quality delivery and strong stakeholder coordination throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction to handover
Leading design coordination between architects, consultants and contractor teams
Managing and motivating site teams, subcontractors and consultants across all phases
Ownership of programme, quality, health & safety and overall project performance
Working closely with the Commercial team on cost control, reporting and risk management
Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to senior management and the client
Managing project documentation, handover packs and close-out procedures
Capturing lessons learned to support continuous improvement across the business
Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience working for a Main Contractor or Developer
Strong Design & Build and pre-construction experience (essential)
Track record delivering refurbishment or mixed-use projects up to £10m
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, buildability and contractor management
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
