Role of an SEN Teaching assistant:
Supporting students in their social, behavioural, and academic development.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work to ensure all safeguarding procedures are adhered to.
Work closely with an autistic child and a child with trauma, providing tailored 1:1 assistance and occasionally supporting small groups.
Strong understanding of positive behaviour management techniques and sensory regulation strategies.
Monitor and record the child's progress and report back to the class teacher.
Liaise with Parents, Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and other professionals involved in the child's care.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with autistic children and/or children with emotional or behavioural difficulties, especially those affected by trauma.
Utilize strategies to help students with self-regulation, particularly in managing challenging behaviours and emotional responses.
Apply trauma-informed strategies to foster a secure, trusting environment that accommodates the child's emotional and psychological needs.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll need to be flexible and open to change when working on different activities.
You will need to have patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Excellent communication skills and active listening skills to motivate pupils to learn is essential as a Teaching Assistant.

The Compliance Administrator, Contracts is primarily responsible for coordinating Stonhard installation partner vendor setup and compliance, including but not limited to Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for multiple simultaneous projects - enrollment, monitoring, and closeout.

Coordinates weekly installation partner accounts payable statements and related transactions and transmits to accounting for payment. Audits statement activity and raises concerns to Supervisor and Stonhard leadership. On an ongoing basis, monitors and coordinates subcontract compliance with Master Installation Agreement requirements; including but not limited to insurance policy limits and renewals, per project certified payroll, and MIA addendums.
Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and installation partner Controlled Insurance Programs. Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout. Monitors, Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal. Develops and recommends document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and monitors necessary reporting to remain compliant. Assist in the creating of outside contractor subcontracts as needed, and as directed by Regional Supervisor. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership. Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent with continuing education 3+ years of related work experience in compliance, project administration, sales operations, or customer service Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping track of deadlines and obligations with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset Works well as part of a team

Oversee the training of Process Technicians and Utility employees as well as administer reviews and additional trainings as required.
Have a good command and general working knowledge of manufacturing equipment (i.e.
cooling tower fans and circulation pumps, chiller system, steam boilers, air compressors, reactors, and emergency shutdown procedures. Comprehension of manufacturing techniques vacuum distillation, atmospheric controls, chemical addition, filtration methods, control of exothermic reactions, and adjustment of rates of addition within the operating requirement of equipment used. Inventory Control through cycle counts, batch log & MUS record keeping, and filling or transferring documentation. Manages inventory reduction per departmental inventory reduction strategy. Understand and demonstrate compliance with HMIS, SDS's, HAZCOM, General Safety, Tank Markings, Plant Signage, HAZWASTE, LO/TO, PSM, PPE protocol, and proper housekeeping.
