As the PBS Behaviour Specialist your key responsibilities include:
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)

Develop and update high-quality PBS plans
Monitor and reduce restrictive practices in line with RRN standards
Provide real-time coaching and modelling to staff teams
Facilitate reflective practice discussions
Present behavioural analysis and trend reports to the management team
Ensure behavioural data informs care planning and environmental adaptation
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Has strong working knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support principles
Has experience contributing to or leading behaviour support planning
Can confidently analyse behavioural data and identify patterns
Understands least restrictive practice and quality of life outcomes

- Ensure appropriate labelling and documentation control of lubricants used on site.

- Mechanical engineering experience is desirable (training/development offered)

Building and maintaining applications using PHP

Investigating and fixing issues in live environments without causing disruption
Writing clean, readable code that others can easily work with

Key role and responsibilities as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
- Use computerised estimating systems
- Calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs
- Liaise regularly with insurance engineers
- Contact customers to provide updates
