The Role of Area Sales Manager
Drive Sales of Ventilation Systems – Promote and sell the company’s range of natural ventilation products, including Hybrid NV solutions, dampers, window and roof systems, and ancillaries.
Generate Specifications & Build Relationships – Work closely with architects, M&E consultants, and contractors to specify products on key projects, particularly within the education sector.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs diagnostic various onsite inspections for customers as well as other inspection services

Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Serve as a contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a diagnostic issue.
