This is a senior leadership role responsible for building a scalable operational function that enables the business to continue its rapid expansion.Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will oversee the end-to-end operational strategy, leading supply chain, logistics, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will play a key role in implementing technology, optimising processes, introducing AI-enabled efficiencies, and ensuring our operations can support significant future growth.This is a hands-on leadership role with 5 days per week in the London office.

The ideal Head of Operations candidate:

Senior Sales Manager – HospitalityLondon | Up to £65,000 (DOE) + Excellent Career ProgressionWe are working with a fantastic independent pub group with a portfolio of premium venues across London, who are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven hospitality sales professional to take ownership of sales across a multi-site business, working closely with venue teams to maximise revenue, develop relationships and support future growth.
This is a highly hands-on role, with the successful candidate working across both the central office and venues.
You will be a visible presence within the business, building strong relationships with General Managers and teams on-site, identifying opportunities and driving sales performance across the portfolio.
The role comes with a clear progression plan, with the opportunity to step into a Head of Sales position within 15–18 months for the right individual.The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a senior sales role within hospitality, venues, restaurants, pubs or events.Strong multi-site experience, with a track record of driving sales across multiple locations.A hands-on, proactive and commercially minded approach.An outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience working within an independent hospitality business where autonomy and initiative are valued.Someone who is ambitious, motivated and looking to progress into a senior leadership role.
The Role:
Lead and drive sales performance across a portfolio of London venues.Work closely with venue teams to maximise private dining, events and corporate opportunities.Spend time across sites, building relationships and supporting teams to achieve commercial targets.Manage and develop 1 direct report.Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client partnerships.Develop and implement sales strategies to support business growth.Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the sales function.
