We are working with a well-established and multi-award-winning financial services provider who are seeking a Managing Director of Solutions to join their senior leadership team in London.
This is a newly created, senior leadership opportunity for someone with a strong track record in bringing together multiple business units into one cohesive, high-performing division.
The successful candidate will lead the consolidation and transformation of business units into a single, unified function, working closely with the Executive Committee to shape strategy, drive commercial performance, and support the organisation's continued growth, including through acquisition.
Deep pensions knowledge is not essential for this role, it is essential that you have worked in a regulated financial services environment.
What matters most is demonstrable experience leading business integration, strong stakeholder management skills at senior/C-suite level, sound commercial acumen, and comfort engaging with data-led and technology-driven propositions.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Significant senior leadership experience gained in pensions, investment management, investment solutions, professional services, or data-led consultancy environments.
Demonstrated experience leading change, integrating business lines, or transforming operating models.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of owning budgets, driving revenue growth, and supporting sales and client delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Administrator to join a friendly, established business in Daventry, offering a great combination of hybrid working, autonomy and a genuinely supportive team environment.

You'll be involved throughout the leasing process, working with customers, the sales team and a wide panel of banks and lessors to keep deals moving from proposal and credit approval right through to payout.

What will I be doing?
Preparing and submitting funding proposals through funder portals
Liaising with banks, lessors and funders on rates and deal appetite

Preparing and processing customer and funder documentation
Managing agreements through customer signature, KYC and payout

Essential Skills/Experience:
Significant experience within the UK funds industry, ideally spanning fund governance, regulatory oversight, or fund administration environments.

Drive targeted growth campaigns across key market segments: new fund launches, transitions of existing funds from other service providers, and firms looking to outsource existing internal arrangements to a specialist third-party provider.
Structure and lead new business meetings, ensuring all information provided is clear, accurate, and meets the needs of prospects and business influencers.
Work closely with Group Finance to ensure all commercial proposals deliver the required financial returns, maintaining a disciplined approach to pricing and deal structuring.
Attend and run events to strengthen the firm's market presence and develop new relationships across the fund management ecosystem.
Act as a senior market ambassador, clearly articulating the value of the firm's proposition and differentiating against competitors in the marketplace.
