Your Role as a Board MemberAs an SEC Non-Executive Director, you will:
Work closely with our CEO and Chair as we embed our new incorporated structureHelp shape and scrutinise the delivery of our new strategySupport our digital, commercial and organisational transformationStrengthen governance, financial resilience and risk assuranceRepresent SEC with Members, suppliers and strategic partnersChampion our values and support a modern, inclusive culture
One appointed candidate will also join our Audit & Risk Committee.Commitment: Up to 20 days per yearLocation: In person board meetings 6 times a year (London, South East), remote sub committeesRemuneration: £5,000 per annum plus expenses Actively Welcome Diverse Voices
