The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE.
The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade.
This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.

This position primarily handles all salt transactions from the cage to the make-up tanks and keeps all salt areas and equipment clean and stocked.

The Preconstruction Manager will lead the technical and commercial development of projects prior to proposal issuance for Pure Air Controls Services (PACS).
This role sits at the critical intersection of sales, engineering, and estimating, ensuring that every opportunity entering the pipeline is properly vetted, technically sound, and aligned with Pure Air's restoration methodology.
The Preconstruction Manager will serve as the internal gatekeeper for project feasibility, scope development, and budget validation, protecting both the client experience and the integrity of Pure Air's national account relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opportunity Evaluation & Pipeline Qualification: Serves as the first technical review of all opportunities generated by Tremco sales representatives and national account teams.

Scope Development:Develop clear, defensible scopes of work for AHU restoration projects including:

Work directly with Pure Air's engineering team to ensure scopes reflect best-practice restoration methodology.
Preconstruction Budgeting:Produce conceptual budgets and ROM estimates to guide customer conversations prior to full estimating effort.

Access constraints
Phasing requirements
Infection control protocols (healthcare)
Operational impacts
Mechanical system integration.
Estimating Coordination: Serves as the bridge between sales and estimating, ensuring estimators receive:

Appropriate bid strategy.
Prevent incomplete or poorly defined opportunities from entering the estimating queue.
Proposal Risk Management:Reviews all proposals and budget letters prior to client delivery.

The Assistant Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the management of hourly warehouse staff and coordinating the flow of goods and materials to and from docks, including receiving, allocation, and loading to meet delivery deadlines.
Accountable for the accuracy, efficiency, and safety of warehouse operations, including order picking, receiving, and outbound shipments, while supporting key performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with directing and supervising hourly warehouse personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations
Partner with and back up the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Coordinator in daily operations and decision-making
Coordinate dock operations, including managing inbound/outbound trucks, dock scheduling, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed
Ensure all incoming freight is properly inspected, verified, and dispositioned in a timely manner
Assist with order verification and coordinate the accurate and efficient loading of outbound freight to meet customer delivery requirements
Monitor and support key performance indicators such as on-time shipment, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity
Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives related to workflow, layout, and material handling to improve throughput and reduce errors
Enforce and model compliance with all safety policies, operating procedures, and housekeeping standards
Process inbound and outbound freight transactions in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Assist in training and onboarding of new employees and reinforcing standard work practices

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
DOT 49 CFR HAZMAT certified or ability to obtain certification.
Previous warehouse experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
