GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The role of the Territory/Rep Administrator is to support the Sales Rep with administrative duties, to keep the rep in the field as much as possible.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Entering and tracking all project orders Salesforce OLI Order Entry Communicate with CMs Strategic Alignment Tracking Assisting with Concur reports, entering on rep's behalf. Working in OLI for customer reports, RoofTec quotes, Grainger proposals, etc. Requesting Tremcare Quotes Submitting GC Requests Forms for team Pulling OLI reports for customers/reps Creating Material Lists in Salesforce for Reps/Contractors Requesting pricing for warranty renewals/extensions, Tremcare, P&Rs Using Power Apps for P&R Requests Training reps on Power Apps Submitting documents for contracts, insurance requests, etc. Ordering supplies, samples Tracking of all project progress/product estimates in Salesforce Working with reps to enter all YE/Quarterly Estimates Tracking all drops/new contacts/meetings/roof inspections for SRTs Building OMNIA Project Manuals Completing any other paperwork as needed Develop relationships with contractors and customers Attend project/customer meetings as needed (Pre-cons, progress meetings, etc.) Weekly WTI meetings for each rep (Running, taking notes, coordinating) Coordinating access and background checks as needed for secure sites, for both Tremco and WTI employees Managing communication between WTI techs and customers for Tremcare schedules and project schedules. Warranty Renewal/Extension Tracking/Submitting all paperwork Regional resource for whenever someone (Customer, WTI, Tremco, Contractor) has a question.

Job Purpose
The Compliance Administrator, Subcontractors, will play a pivotal role ensuring all project related subcontractors meet company compliance requirements, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
Responsibilities include monitoring and enforcing requirements to meet company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements.
Cultivates positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and collaboration.
Principal Accountabilities
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform.
The actual duties required of this position may vary. Key responsibilities include managing critical project documents, such as vendor applications, subcontracts, purchase orders, Master Service Agreements, specifications, certificates of insurance, payment and performance bonds, prevailing wage rates, certified payroll reports, and state-specific compliance documentation.
Facilitate and manage compliance submissions as needed. Set up and maintains installation partner information, including Agreements, Amendments, banking information, and insurance, adhering to Stonhard vendor setup policies. Acts as customer service point of contact for subcontractors, including processing installer tool and supply purchases and invoicing. Coordinates weekly installer accounts payable statements and related transactions; transmits to accounting for payment. Audits weekly payment activity and raise concerns to Supervisor and Stonhard leadership. On an ongoing basis, monitors and coordinates subcontractor compliance with Master Installation Agreement requirements; including but not limited to insurance policy limits and renewals, per project certified payroll, and MIA addendums.
Assists in the creation of per project subcontract agreements; maintains documentation and monitors project progress Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and installation partner Controlled Insurance Programs. Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout. Monitors Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal. Develop and recommend document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and maintains necessary reporting to remain compliant. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership. Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.
Experience |Education | Certifications
BA/BS degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4-7 years related experience in compliance, project administration, sales operations, or customer service. Experience with subcontractor administration and compliance Project insurance requirements, including Owner Controlled Insurance Programs, preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently Keeping records, documents, and project files organized and easily accessible.
Excellent written and verb communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Proficiency in project management software, as well as standard office applications like Microsoft Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint).
Capacity to identify potential issues early on and proactively seek solutions or escalate problems as needed.
Ability to think critically and adapt to changing project conditions.
Strong focus on meeting the needs of clients and stakeholders, understanding project requirements, and keeping them updated
Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $52,000 and $55,000.
The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. Position Summary:
This position will communicate directly with sales reps, customers, distributors, customer service and RTS warehouses concerning all color questions and orders.
Essential Functions:
Receive color related orders, and maintain work schedule. Make a folder with all relevant color matching information for the color technician. Use the color computer to measure colors and search out the closest color. Assign new color numbers, and keep color cross reference up to date. Make working color standards for new orders and make final master color standards for production. Make color chips for marketing requests.
Maintain marketing color chip file. Prepare and maintain charts, such as Federal Colors, base densities and other cross references. Must be friendly, organized, detail oriented, flexible and dependable. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner. Take an active role in hazard recognition and injury prevention by following all safety rules & regulations and immediately report all injuries and incidents to your supervisor. Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Business or a Technical degree or equivalent experience, preferred High School Diploma or equivalent, required Microsoft Office experience

Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall management of the assigned Service Center location including: inventory, warehousing, customer relations, and sales.
Supervises 2 or more employees.
Essential Functions:
Communicate with local sales force assigned to the Service Center regarding inventory, color, and service needs. Manage inventory including: total turns, in-bound replenishments, aging calculations and expiry date control, bin space control, core product stocking. Manage inventory reorder points (ROPs) and reorder quantities (ROQs) levels to yield established on time in full (OTIF) and inventory goals. Direct and control daily/weekly cycle counting and physical inventories as required. Manage receipt of inbound and shipment of outbound goods. Interact with and assist customers as needed. Assure on Time in Full delivery to customer's request. Perform Root Cause Analysis on OTIF misses. Manage on-site order entry process as needed. Oversee implementation, utilization and quality conformity of local color eye and rapid tint functions. Approve and process returned goods. Assure accurate and timely shipment of replenishment orders. Prepare Bills of Lading per Department of Transportation (DOT) certification and guidelines. Manage and oversee reserved materials. Assure compliance with all regulatory and safety procedures that apply. Assure compliance to housekeeping expectations as defined by management.
Assist in daily warehousing duties as needed. Supervise warehouse and administrative staff. Monitor and manage all service center financial statement expenses to budget. Purchase: shipping, office, warehouse and other supplies as needed. Manage leasing of various equipment. Monitor and maintain training schedules for all personnel including: safety, DOT, forklift, IATA. Maintain records of operating and property lease agreements. Actively communicate with management to keep them advised on all pertinent matters. Preform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum of Associates Degree in a Business-related discipline or minimum 7 years practical experience, minimum 2 years Supervisor or Management experience, minimum 1 year sales or retail experience preferred.
Must either have forklift certification or have ability to pass forklift certification test.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects over 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include 20/20 vision, with or without correction, close vision, distance vision, color vision, full peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Any function may be performed for up to four hours with no breaks.

Negotiate approved contracts; review and analyze customer needs and recommend new products or improvements to present products to meet customer requirements. Investigate and analyze market trends and competitors' positions in the market. Arrange for demonstration of products and assist customers and prospective customers to test products; determine customer reaction and suggest modifications to meet their requirements. Coordinate activities with other Marketing and Sales functions and Division functions in connection with product improvement, sales programs, and customer service; establish and maintain close relationships with customers to promote good relations. Communicate with and use all corporate resources (financial, marketing, technical, R & D, Administrative) to achieve regional goals. Make several trips to each assigned territory each year to train sales personnel and make calls with assigned representatives on key accounts and projects. Provide sales information necessary to manage local warehouses & distribution centers. Work closely with other internal regional sales organizations to resolve all internal issues (commissions, account issues, complaints, etc.). Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e.
- price, application knowledge, etc.) Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in the roofing industry. Working knowledge and understanding of the permitting process with NOA's and approvals. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e.

TheWTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.

Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep, including OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Roof Systems.
Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Create/organize a master leak file within a specified division and be responsible for keeping all information accurate and up to date.
Responsible for reviewing recently submitted leaks, determining coverage type (Tremsource, Gold, Platinum, Warranty, etc.), and depending on coverage either creating a billable leak line or linking to an existing line in SAP.
On Warranty leak calls that are under a contractor obligation period, this individual will be responsible for creating POs to send to the contractor and monitoring PO status in SAP.
Responsible for creating manual SO#'s in SAP for processes outside of LeakTracking (Republic warranties, etc.). Work with warranty administrators on missing/needed information when reviewing warranty leak calls.
Responsible for contacting sales rep/sales admin on leaks that are reported on expired warranty agreements. Responsible for attaching roof plan drawings to SO#s in SAP. Work with the warranty adjustment team to gain approval for work beyond just a normal leak repair.
Responsible for adding hours to SO# in SAP if extra time is required and approved.
Responsible for tracking all leaks within a specified division. Responsible for following up with regional dispatchers on leak calls that have labor hours or costs posted but have not been completed in FSM/SAP. Responsible for reviewing all completed warranty leaks and determining if the scope being completed is to be covered under Tremco Warranty or if billable.
Responsible for calculating and invoicing leaks within 4-7 days of field completion.
Responsible for closing invoiced leak calls (TECO'ing service orders and corresponding contract line). Responsible for processing subcontractor invoices for payment. Ensure leak data has been entered in OLI before invoicing.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (utilizing a wide array of communication methods) with the regional support teams for all work-related matters. Assist with managing data and information across multiple platforms including SAP, Excel, LeakTracking, OLI, and more. Responsible for maintaining and updating all information in LeakTracking (contractors, call roster maintenance, notification maintenance, reporting, etc.) Inputting leaks in OLI as needed.

Follows deposit invoice progression to ensure collection prior to material shipment. Reviews order invoicing and subcontractor payment details to determine if within approval guidelines; escalates for approval as needed; enters information into the computer system and generates payments and invoices. Proactively escalates compliance and risk related concerns to supervisor in a timely manner. Responsible for reviewing and updating backlog, leftover, invoicing, product forecasting, and other management reports as required. Forecast review and updates to ensure invoicing is captured in appropriate period Matches invoices with orders, mails invoices to the customer, and follows up on special billing forms, as required. Requests for insurance certificates for customers and general contractors. Logs Contracts to be executed upon receipt and order entry; responsible for ensuring execution prior to project start. Assesses customized customer correspondence (incoming and outgoing) for required approvals, coordinates approvals and distribution with appropriate team members.
Processes invoices from outside vendors, ensure invoices are allocated to the correct project or account and that actual costs do not exceed budget. Partners with Accounting and Purchasing to set up new vendors.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
