They are seeking a Product Owner to own their CLM offering end-to-end — from vision through to implementation and ongoing enhancement — ensuring the product meets market needs, regulatory requirements, and delivers value to clients.
In this role you will be responsible for gathering requirements from multiple sources including clients, consulting, support and sales.
You'll translate these into clear, actionable user stories and maintain and prioritise the product backlog.
You will work closely with development, UX and QA teams to plan sprints, carry out refinements, lead feature implementation, and validate delivered functionality.
You'll plan product releases, update documentation and user guides where needed, and ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with business priorities; you will regularly update stakeholders across the business about progress, releases and future plans.
Crucially, you'll ensure that compliance, security and data protection concerns are embedded in all stages of development; and you'll monitor trends in the market (CLM, GRC, BPM) to propose innovations and enhancements to maintain competitive edge.
Your ideal profile includes experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software environment, ideally with exposure to contract management or equivalent domain.
You should have strong ability to define clear requirements, balance priorities and trade-offs, and possess good technical understanding of cloud/web-based solutions.
Solid experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban), and comfort using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps or comparable platforms is essential.
Experience or awareness of UX, QA or QA-automation is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills in English (any other language skills are bonus), and familiarity with compliance, security or risk topics are advantageous.

Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates.
Control expectations and challenges to keep project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure Quality Control/Quality Management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools available including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc.).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of crew foreman.When subcontractors are necessary/present on majority self-perform projects, act as liaison to CM for boots on the ground subcontractor oversight (as needed).
Implement and understand project administration requirements.
Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates.
Control expectations and challenges to keep project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure Quality Control/Quality Management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools available including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management related coordination and collaboration.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices so that the Tremco Sales team will increase their market share of performed work to WTI.

Field applications - existing and new materials, systems, applications, etc.
Customer service
Reporting compliance
Communicate on a routine basis with the RBM regarding:
Safety compliance results
Project approvals, planning, and results

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and holding authority on technical matters
Willingness to be site-based and travel / stay away as projects require
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

We are working with a well-established technology organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Software Tester / QA Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of customer-facing systems and core software products.
This position sits within a professional services environment and involves testing both standard solutions and complex, customer-specific implementations.
You will work closely with developers, project managers and technical stakeholders, taking ownership of testing activities and ensuring systems meet defined quality standards prior to release and go-live.
As a Senior Software Tester, you will be responsible for driving software quality through effective manual and automated testing practices.
You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of testing processes, support customer UAT, and act as a subject-matter expert for QA activities across projects, identifying and resolving defects early in the delivery lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
Leading and executing software testing activities on customer systems prior to installation and go-live
Designing, writing and maintaining robust manual and automated test scripts
Owning the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases and supporting documentation
Working collaboratively with development and technical teams to identify, log, prioritise and resolve defects
Creating and managing test data to support functional, regression and integration testing
Supporting and coordinating user acceptance testing, including direct customer engagement
Providing go-live support and post-deployment validation where required
Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing standards, tools and methodologies
Providing guidance and best practice advice to customers during UAT and test planning
Supporting internal product testing and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Software Testing / QA role, operating with a high degree of autonomy
Strong hands-on experience with manual testing across complex systems
Demonstrable experience designing and maintaining comprehensive test documentation
Experience working in Windows Client and Server environments
Confident use of Microsoft Office applications for test reporting and documentation
Highly advantageous experience:
ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Ranorex, Selenium or similar)
Exposure to C#, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages
Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases, including querying and data validation
Experience using source control tools such as TFS or Git
Understanding of network architecture, IT security and Active Directory
Experience within document management, OCR or enterprise systems environments
The role may involve occasional UK and international travel.
