Required Skills:
1-3 years of related experience in an equivalent role.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours.

Appropriate forklift and Raymond operating skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Sales Associate is an introductory sales role in which the associate is partnered with an experienced Sales Professional who will assist in ensuring comprehensive and hands-on training.
The Sales Associate will prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, and travel throughout their assigned local territory.
3RD ANNUAL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM:
Anticipated to start between June 1st and August 1st, the Sales Associates or Field Technical Associates will learn, train, and grow side by side with the other members of the current and previous years' program cohorts.
Starting salaries for associates are estimated to be between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 with up to a 15% bonus potential.
Each associate will be assigned a mentor and have multiple opportunities to shadow experienced sales and field representatives within the assigned territory.
Following the two-year program, graduates will be promoted and assigned their own territory, responsibilities, sales targets, and bonus opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect new accounts. Learn basic product features and benefits and deliver this message to prospective users. Provide a demonstration of our products. Offer basic technical support of named product sets. Visit job sites to support installations and build your knowledge. Manage select dealer and end user relationships. Hold distributor demonstration events. Manage activities through salesforce.com.
EDUCATION:
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years' sales or construction experience and/or training.
In place of experience, a bachelor's degree will be considered.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication skills. Strong Interpersonal skills. Must have a valid driver's license. Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, SF.Com, and learn internal business systems). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and great organizational skills. Follows batch work instructions in order to manufacture quality products. Prepares disperser and letdown tank for production, including any necessary equipment clean up. Monitors and controls high-speed disperser, mixer, pumps, flow meters and other instruments in order to make sure that a batch is produced according to work instructions. Adjust a batch, under QC guidance, until it is approved. Get batch tickets from floor supervisor and discuss with floor supervisor the best order.
Determine raw materials needed. Housekeeping - Clean up work area to 5S standards, takes out trash, participate in cycle count and inventory program. May assist in other departments such as filling, and material handling or help make sample batches Ensure work area is safe, clean and free of recognizable hazards, communicating all spills or other hazards to the shift supervisor Responsible for Dust collector cleanouts when required. Secure finished packaged items by hand tying, sewing, gluing, stapling, or attaching fastener. Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels. Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material. Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials to prepare raw products for processing. The Microsoft M365 Solutions Developer leverages their expertise in the Microsoft 365 platform to design and develop applications and automations that enhance business processes following Agile methodologies.
They collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and implement effective, secure solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
In this role, they will prototype and develop scalable solutions that drive digital transformation, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
Additionally, they provide support for the implementation, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of applications across the organization.
While the M365 Solutions Developer is expected to work independently, they may also contribute as part of a project team when needed.
Responsibilities
Provide programming expertise in the design, development, and implementation of initiatives to support business processes utilizing various M365 tools and platforms such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SQL Server, Office 365 and others, with a focus on secure, intuitively designed solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support of applications and systems. Support of continuous improvement and optimization of the existing MS 365 application environment and providing enhancements to solutions to meet evolving business objectives. Conduct technical research with recommendations for action focusing on advancing technologies, methodologies, software, to ensure support of future business requirements. Implement security, governance, and compliance best practices within M365 applications, ensuring data integrity, role-based access control, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field. Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (SharePoint/Power Platform, etc) certification preferred.
2+ years' experience in Microsoft 365 with Power Platform and SharePoint Online development. Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
Experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams integration. Experience with SharePoint Lists, SQL Server, and other M365 data sources to support Power Platform development. Experience implementing secure solutions that follow compliance and governance best practices. Strong UI design skills, including responsive design. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Skills Preferred:
Experience using the M365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, OneDrive). Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics, and application integration. Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID. Experience with web services including REST, SOAP and/or WebAPI.
Experience with Agile development methodology.
