Core-Asset Consulting is supporting a leading financial services organisation with the appointment of an experienced Head of Operational Resilience on an initial six-month fixed-term contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior operational resilience professional to join a regulated environment and take ownership of reviewing, strengthening and embedding an established Operational Resilience Framework.
The successful candidate will focus on delivery, oversight and targeted enhancement activity, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure continued alignment with FCA/PRA expectations and wider risk management processes.

The successful candidate will operate at a senior level, combining investment governance, regulatory oversight and operational leadership.
The role also contributes to strategic initiatives, product development and change management, while leading and developing a specialist oversight team.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Extensive experience in investment oversight, fund governance or operations within a regulated financial services environment

As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
We require flexible availability, as the shift lengths may vary and you will be travelling to a different client site each day.
