We're looking for a fast moving, highly organised Supply Chain Administrator to join a growing business in Banbury.
This is a newly created role driven by expansion and acquisitions ideal for someone who enjoys pace, problem-solving and taking ownership in a busy, hands-on environment.
You'll work closely with the Supply Chain Team Leader to keep stock flowing, suppliers aligned and internal teams informed playing a key role in maintaining availability and service levels across the business.
What You'll Do
Raise and manage Purchase Orders
Place orders for forecasted ROP and demand-based products
Chase suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries
Update system comments, due dates and escalate delivery risks
Liaise with Finance, Warehouse, Sales and Operations
Resolve invoice and non-conforming delivery issues
Review back orders and support a 95% availability target
What We're Looking For
Previous administration experience
Confident communicator, happy picking up the phone
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working at pace and learning new systems quickly
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication
