The Group Pastry Chef will manage the entire pastry operation across the business unit, creating recipes, overseeing production of baked goods, managing inventory/ordering, training junior staff, ensuring hygiene standards, focusing on consistency, creativity, and high-quality desserts for varied customer needs.
