Trade Mark Attorney

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Trade Mark Attorney to join a highly regarded, heavyweight IP firm within their Manchester hub on a hybrid basis.

This is an incredibly exciting time for this well-established business and this role has arisen due to expansion.

Ideally, your experience will be that of Associate level, circa 1-5 years PQE and you'll be comfortable working autonomously as much as you are within a cohesive team.

Hugely varied, this role will require you to cover trade mark prosecution, contentious matters and international portfolio management.

Working directly with a wonderful array of international clients of varying sizes, and from an abundance of sectors spanning fashion, sports, food, drink and technology, your effective commercial focus will complement the delivery of an exceptional IP service.
