Salary: $45,000 - $55,000

Location: Ft Myers, FL

I am working with a client who is looking for a Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the General Manager with daily restaurant activities
• Managing the front of house team 
• Collaborating with front and back of house team
• Establishing and maintaining team spirit
• Upholding service standards
• Training and supporting staff
• Maintaining brand standards
• Ensuring guests are having the ultimate dining experience

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position, preferably from a fast-paced, upscale restaurant
• Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest experience
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Strong team leader
