In house Patent Litigation Solicitor

Superb opportunity to join a global FMCG business! Sought is a commercially astute In house Patent Litigation Solicitor to join their sizeable and friendly patents team.

Based in their London HQ on a hybrid basis, do get in touch if you're exploring the market.

You'll be a solicitor with at least 5 years PQE who is comfortable managing patent litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideally but not essentially, you'll have some in house experience under your belt with a STEM background, in order to converse with scientists and understand patent applications across mechanics, physics and chemistry.

Reporting to Senior Counsel, your expertise will be invaluable internally working alongside several departments of this international organisation to inform business decisions and execute litigation strategy, and externally with outside counsel to make sure that efforts are aligned in the most efficient way.

This excellent In house Patent Litigation Solicitor position has a team leading and managing element too, therefore, it's essential that you are an excellent communicator who enjoys collaboration and generous in sharing your knowledge and expertise.
