Residential Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity is available for a Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded firm in Wakefield on either a full or part time basis.

The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer with upwards of 3 years' handling a caseload of residential conveyancing sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of both freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases, transfer of equity, shared ownership and remortgage cases.

You will work with the aid of an assistant, alongside a friendly and supportive team, within a lovely business who are known for taking care of their employees, and providing an excellent level of service to external clients.

The firm are wanting to speak with both qualified and non-qualified individuals; however, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience within property transactions to enable you to hit the ground running in this role.
