Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Leading infrastructure, transport and real estate investor is looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their Manchester office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting In House Corporate Commercial Solicitor role in which you will gain excellent exposure to a niche, high-quality pipeline of work, likely split is 30% corporate 70% commercial but this can vary.

Your day-to-day duties within this role may include:

• The management and delivery of corporate and banking transactions


• Reviewing and drafting contracts, NDAs and procurement terms and conditions


• Advising a varied client base


• Instructing and managing external legal firms and Business Partners


• Supporting the wider team including more junior members when necessary


• Working on Business Development Initiatives

As well as this, you will be working closely with the Director of Legal and have fantastic opportunities to grow and develop the position.

The successful candidate will ideally have 2-6 years PQE within Corporate Commercial law, is able to work well as part of a team, is confident in their own ability and displays excellent client care and communication skills.
