Pay: £15–17 per hour (around £31,200–£35,360 per year for 40 hours)

Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (option for a 5th shift if needed

The club combines relaxed dining with regular social events, serving fresh, seasonal dishes to members and guests in a friendly, community setting.

What You Do

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations
• Prep mise en place across all services
• Lead in service during quieter periods
• Run smaller events on your own
• Handle general kitchen prep, stock rotation, and quality control
• Present consistent, high-quality food for members and guests
• Typically serve 50 covers per day.
  
  The busiest windows are Thursday to Sunday in daytime service.

About you

• Currently working as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passionate about fresh produce and modern British cuisine
• Organised and confident working in a professional kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and positive in attitude
• Keen to learn from experienced chefs and develop your career in hospitality
• Ideal for chefs early in their career or combining work with studies
