Trade Supervisor

Position: Trade Supervisor
Pay Rate: £20 per hour
Location: East London
Type: Temp to perm role

We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Trade Supervisor to help with reactive maintenance and voids.

You will be working for a housing association based in East London covering work within domestic properties.

Trade Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise teams and individuals in various maintenance and void projects.


• Ensure high-quality workmanship in fitting kitchens, bathrooms, and wet-rooms.


• Perform associated tasks in carpentry, domestic plumbing, and tiling.


• Diagnose and solve problems efficiently and effectively.


• Maintain excellent communication with team members and clients.


• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Essential Requirements of a Trade Supervisor:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the general building trades.


• Qualified and experienced in fitting kitchens, bathrooms, and wet-rooms.


• Skilled in carpentry, domestic plumbing, and tiling.


• Previous experience in supervising teams and individuals.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to use own initiative.


• Valid CSCS card.


• Full UK driving license.


• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.


• All site workers will be required to undergo a DBS check.
