Role - Cleaner

Pay - £14.24 per hour Umbrella

Hours - 40 per week

Service Care Solutions are working with a local authority based in the North Wales region of Conwy who are recruiting for a Cleaner on a temporary basis.

The Cleaner will be responsible for carrying out public convenience cleaning completing rounds in accordance with the agreed schedule and frequency, which will include litter picking, emptying of bins, graffiti removal and general cleaning of public spaces.



Key duties will include;

• To drive vehicles provided with care and attention.


• To undertake daily checks of vehicles including tyres, lights, oil and water and recording any defects.


• Utilising various cleaning equipment and cleansing products as deemed necessary while ensuring equipment is used to specification.


• Cleaning, washing, sweeping, mopping and power cleaning of all internal, outdoor surfaces including walls, floors, and ceiling surfaces, doors and windows.


• Emptying of litter bins


• Removal of graffiti


• Cleansing of toilets and replenishment of tissue, soap as required


• Polishing and dusting


• Opening and closing of premises buildings


• Comply in line with health and safety working practices

Requirements

• Hold a Full UK Driving License


• Flexible to work 5 days out of 7 (Will involve weekend working)


• Good communication of English


• Be physically fit
